Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the organisers’ control, alternate participation options for upcoming events will be offered. Registration fees are not refundable in this situation but may be adjusted against a future event.
No-question-asked withdrawal refund
To withdraw, inform the organisers at least 10 days before the event at support@coachravinder.com. Eligible refunds exclude processing fees.
What race support is available?
Water, energy drinks, runner snacks, first-aid, photos and videos are planned along the race experience.
When do registrations close?
14 December 2026, or earlier if targeted slots are filled.
Is the Walkathon timed?
No. The 5K Walkathon is a non-timed, non-competitive category.
What is the waiver?
By participating, registrants affirm they are physically fit and sufficiently trained, acknowledge the need for appropriate medical fitness, and agree to indemnify the organisers and associated parties against claims arising from misstatement or misrepresentation in the registration.
